WARRANTY

In the unlikely event should any of our products fail during this time due to materials or manufacturing faults, we will offer a full replacement of faulty products. Our wardrobes and sliding doors are designed to last a long time when properly maintained and cared for. Under the Wardrobes Direct Warranty, we assure the purchaser that all moving parts will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a duration of 10 years from the date of purchase. Excluded from this Warranty is door buffer tape which may need to be replaced periodically by the customer.

This warranty is void in the following circumstances:

1. If the doors or organisers have not been installed by an authorized installer from Wardrobes Direct, or for supply-only cases if the doors or organisers have not been installed according to Wardrobes Direct installation instructions.
2. If the doors or organisers have not been fully paid for.
3. If the doors or organisers have not been adequately maintained or have been exposed to harsh cleaning practices.
4. If the doors or organisers have been misused, abused, or handled inappropriately.
5. If the doors or organisers have been modified, reinstalled, or stored improperly.

Should a warranted defect be found, the purchaser shall promptly notify Wardrobes Direct, supporting the claim with proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) and written notice detailing the defect.
